Q: How do I place an order?
A: We offer online shopping via our secure shopping cart on all product style pages.
A: We are obligated to collect sales tax for shipments delivered within Washington State
A: We ship via USPS for retail collars and leads. You have the choice 1st Class, Priority and Express Overnight. We have one shipping fee per class of shipment for all destinations within the USA (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada. We now ship internationally via non-expedited United States Postal Service for flat rates based on number of units ordered. Expedited orders can be arranged prior to order processing. Email or call us to make special arrangements. We ship Monday thru Friday, excluding national holidays.
A: We do ship to Post Office Boxes and we ship WORLD WIDE
A: Shipping & Handling rates (up to 2 units in one box) for addresses in the USA and Canada│Regular First Class/Parcel Post $5.75│Priority $8.50│Express Overnight $28.00. For quantities over 3 units we calculate on a per order basis based on the total quantity. Send us an email via Contact Us with desired order and we'll calculate your shipping cost and advise. For international customers the shipping charge is 1-2 units $17.50; 3-4 units $22.50 and 5-6 units $30.00 USD. International customers pay all official customs and duty charges upon receipt.
A: We guarantee delivery within 7-10 days as our regular, non-premium service for in-stock merchandise for the US, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska and 14-21 days for orders shipped everywhere else.
A: Unfortunately no,not at this time. Because we deal in sized product, we prefer the owner of the dog purchase their products to help prevent sizing errors/returns. Merchandise is shipped to the credit card holder's address.
A: We do not offer gift certificates or gift wrapping at this time.
